Don't miss the opportunity to spend four days with friends and colleagues in the company of some of Canada's finest photographers, industry-leading photographic equipment manufacturers, digital image printing companies, software developers and local dealers. "The Outdoor Photography Canada" main stage will host photographic speakers that will help you get started in photography and help hone your skills. See demonstrations on some of the latest photo equipment and techniques from industry-leading manufacturers and photographers. The 2008 MPAX event is made possible by volunteers from the Winnipeg camera clubs, schools of photography and technical photo facilities. They will be on the "Bridge to Success" to answer any questions that you may have on their programming and benefits. |

The MPAX Theatre Locations The 2009 MPAX event will host photographic workshop and keynote speaker programs. These will be located in two theatres in the Forks area. The Samuel A Cohen Auditorium is in the Manitoba Cancer Research Centre just across the river. It is an 8 minute river front walk that has some great photo opportunities, so bring your camera. You'll arrive at a state of the art facility where you'll enjoy some amazing Manitoba presenters. If your more adventurous take the boat taxi. A second theatre will designated shortly. If the bride to be is looking for a budding new wedding photographer or a seasoned professional you will see a portfolio here. This Gallery is the area where you will find some of the latest photographic imaging concepts and Manitoba has some of the best photographers in the country if not in all of North America. |
